Download our order form (PDF) and send it with payment (cheque, money order or VISA) by Canada Post

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are using PayPal as our credit card processing company. You DO NOT have to be a PayPal member in order to buy our books and you DO NOT have to sign-up with PayPal in order to complete the checkout process.
